Machine Repair
We sell and service slicing machines, buffalo choppers, and meat grinders. We also carry a full line of machines which we loan out as your machine is being repaired.

We carry a full line of plastic handled scissors and stainless steel scissors.Fish scissors are our specialty.

Knives Sharpened
Dolomite cutlery provides expert sharpening of all types of hands knives, food equipment blades and tools, including ice chisels. We use state of the art equipment combined with old world techniques, which provides a sharper than factory edge.Blades can be polished if discolored.We also re-tooth serrated blades. Benefits of using sharpened blades are less friction when cutting, uniform appearance of the product. Less waste, and less demand on motors and bearings.
